You may send four emails asking for confirmation of receipt of submission and not receive a response. Good thing you implemented the option of email "receipt response," or you wouldn't know even if the editors received your four emails.
Now you wait. Perhaps three months. Maybe four. Then you will receive a message regarding the acceptance or refusal of your work. That's where I am: waiting.
