I got on the table, re my new resolution to receive. For so long I could only give. I felt the energy like an intertwining of spirit. Like a Celtic knot. Heat, pressure, pulsing; I took in so much energy that I wanted to jump up off the table and dance down the hall.... afterwards I felt clearer and lighter. Grateful.
